The run_e_01.324 log has repeatedly shown the following error (with different "HANDLING" records) and has stopped running each time.

Resolution:
From the logs on your server we can see that there were some problems running p_manage_01.

After re-running p_manage_01, ue_01 is now processing the records without error.
