util sp/5/8: umatched" error; sp config files

Description

In trying to run the Service Pack utility util sp/5/8 ("Update Configuration"), we're getting:

Unmatched ".

Resolution

util sp/5/8 is trying to display the libraries setenv, such as:

setenv uk_libraries "xxx01 xxx02 xxx03 xxx04 xxx10 xxx20 xxx30 xxx40 xxx50 xxx60"

This file is the $alephe_root/sp.ain.config.  There may be too many or too few quotation-marks.

Note:  The values seen in util sp/1 ("Prepare/Update Environment") are stored in $alephe_root/sp.config
