Problem Description: V.20 RC 2014 – there are three fields on the receive returnable material form – where is the information stored/editable/displayable?


Actual Results: Receive Returnable Material form has three entry boxes:
• Circulation Note
• Note
• Shelving Note

The data for the Circulation Note is stored in the Z411_CIRCULATION_NOTE and the data for the Shelving Note is stored in the Z411_SHELVING

The circulation note is visible in the following places
• Circulation – borrowing patron – list of loans – loan details – loan tab
• Cataloguing – item list – item display – item tab

The circulation note is editable in the following place:
• Cataloguing – item list – item display – general information tab


Expected Results: Where is the data for the Note field stored?

Where is it possible to view the data for the Note field and the Shelving Note field?

Where is it possible to edit the data for the Note field and the Shelving Note field?

Resolution:
The note field is not stored and is not displayable/editable. It is only in the printout..

Although the shelving note is stored, it is not displayable/editable.
