xxx30 z13 not updated when linked bib author/title is changed

Description:

The upper window pane in the Course Doc List is not getting updated with changes made to titles or items.

Running manage-07 on the xxx30 library to update the list updates the data but, if making any changes to items or titles in xxx01, the window pane is not getting updated in Course Reserves.

Resolution:

When an xxx30 doc record is linked to an xxx01 bib record (via an SID field) and an update occurs to the xxx01 bib record, the mechanism by which the update is conveyed to xxx30 indexes is the xxx01/tab/tab_z105.

As described also in article Bib record additions and changes don't dynamically update ADM Z13 or Z00R you need to add the following lines to your xxx01/tab/tab_z105:
