z13_call_no: what should we put in tab22? *MASTER RECORD*

Description:
The distributed ./usm01/tab/tab22 has a blank CALL-NO. This is wrong.

The note "call number key (not currently implemented,..." in the tab22 header pertains to the CALL-NO-KEY *only*.

The CALL-NO needs to have a value. Can this be corrected?

Resolution:
This is one way that the xxx01 tab22 could be set up to create a correct z13 call number field:

1. Change the CALL-NO line in tab22 to this:
CALL-NO 2 228

2. Add an edit_paragraph.eng entry "228" like this:
! Call number for z13 CALL-NO field
228 PST## M

3. Add an edit_field.eng PST M entry like this:
1 # PST## M B
2 h A ^
2 i A ^
2 j A ^
2 k A ^
(or whatever subfields from the PST you want to include).

You also need to have the standard expand_doc_bib_loc_n_x lines in tab_expand for CREATE-Z13 (to generate the PST):
