Analytics Evidence CN4 - IZ-Only Consortia are Unable to Report on All Institutions

Not all consortia belong to a NZ.

The consortia in an IZ only (not part of a NZ) are not able to pull reports for all institutions in their consortia as a combined report.

Use Case:

At times consortia want to do overlap analysis across consortial institutions or make weeding decisions jointly.  

Consortia are unable to do any collection analysis across institutions in Alma Analytics because the data is anonymized when they actually need to know which institutions in their consortium hold the materials.
