Use Case:

Withdrawal date and Condition fields are scheduled to be included in Analytics, however, this is an ongoing issue for many institutions as they are unable to derive an accurate count of withdrawn items and the reasons they were withdrawn. This also ties into “Historical data” as we can never get an accurate snapshot in time of our collections for ongoing statistical reports. This forces the use of spreadsheets and other manual methods of counting withdrawn items and storing the reason for withdrawal (such as brittle, deteriorating, lost, missing, damaged).
