    "Item cannot be loaned from this circulation desk" - how to fix it?

    Question

    Trying to loan an item gives the error: "Loan Blocked - Item cannot be loaned from this circulation desk".

    Answer

    Please check this:

    1. See if it is possible to add the Location of the item to the Circulation Desk configuration
    2. If it is not a preferred solution, select "Primary", for this Circulation Desk
    3. In some cases, for Self-Check machines, it was found that the Certificate needed to be updated and linked to the correct Stunnel configuration.
