    Question

    Which items are counted for "Num of Items" ("Physical Item" subject area)? 

    Answer

    The "Num of Items" in analytics counts all items including those that have been deleted. In order to get the correct number for all active items please use the additional value "Lifecycle = Active". This number should apply to the number you can determine in Alma when searching for "Physical items with MMS ID > 1".
