Why was the "Synchronize Changes from CZ" job skipped?

    Answer

    This behavior is expected.

The status of the Synchronize Changes from CZ job will appear as “Skipped” when another instance of the Synchronize Changes from CZ job is running.

“Synchronize Changes from CZ" is a scheduled job, meaning it is scheduled to automatically run on a daily basis. When the update is particularly large, it is common for this job to run over several parts. If the daily "Synchronize Changes from CZ" job tries to run at its scheduled time and a particular part of a previous job is still running, for instance “Synchronize Changes from CZ – Part 8”, then the daily "Synchronize Changes from CZ" job will be skipped.

The Skipped status does not indicate that updates to the Community Zone were missed. All updates to the Community Zone are applied as the job continues to run.

If instead the status of the Synchronize Changes from CZ job repeatedly appears as “Completed with errors” or “Failed” this may indicate an issue, please contact Support.
