    Question

When selecting "Manage Fulfillment Options > Request" for a Resource Sharing Lending request Alma says: “No items can fulfill the submitted request"

    However:
    * The TOU for items in this location has: "Requestable for Resource Sharing"
    * An item is available to fulfill the request

    Answer

The request form for this item includes a mandatory field for "Description"

Selecting the Description from the drop-down menu enables the request to be filled and sent
