Question

Trying set up an Agent scheduler in Analytics for a certain report, an error is sent, e.g.:

AgentID: /shared/University of ABC/Library/Test report
Device (dashboard) is not set in (222769586098000nnnn_nnn_D) delivery profile.

Answer

Scheduling is only available in Alma, in the Analytics Configuration > Analytics Objects List.

Additional Information

The development team has advises: "Do not use the scheduling icon in the Analytics interface to schedule reports. Scheduling reports from this icon do not work. Reports can only be scheduled from Alma."
