    Alma email inbound default - name@alma.exlibrisgroup.com

    Description

    Regarding the use of the name@alma.exlibrisgroup.com in cases of running jobs (e.g. Change Electronic Portfolio Information Job). 
    Our implementation of SMTP uses library.notifications@abc.edu for emailing notifications, so any non-library domains need to be approved. 
    As a result we receive a Delivery Email Status notification in library.notifications@abc.edu (e.g.):

    Why is this email sent to name@alma.exlibrisgroup.com?

    Resolution

    The email is tied to the admin account, which has name@alma.exlibrisgroup.com
    Change that account to @abc.edu account.
