Avoid the "Edit Info" functionality in "Manage Patron Services"

Is it possible to avoid the "Edit Info" functionality shown in "Manage Patron Services" for the Role "Circulation Desk Operator"?
Answer
It is not possible to avoid the "Edit" functionality for the "Circulation Desk Operator" role but it can be done for the "Circulation Desk Operator Limited". The "Edit" button will still be shown but when clicking on it you'll get a message "You do not have permission to access the requested page, please contact the system administrator for more information."
