"Bind Items" button does not always display in the list of items

The option to "Bind Items" is not always available from the List of Items screen

Answer

There is a "behind the scenes" logic for this button of "Bind Items":

Items can be bound only if they are in place, are not in the acquisition process, and have not been bound previously.

Secondly, the "Bind Items" (as well as "Add Item" and "Move Items") are seen only when all the items are linked to the same Holding record.

How to navigate and see these buttons?

1. In the List of Items > click: View all holdings

2. Select the Holding record > Actions > View Items
