    Can Network Zone Normalization Rules Be Selected In Institution Zones for Normalization Processes?

    No, they cannot.

    NZ normalization rules reside in that environment and can only be used for NZ processes,

    To use an NZ rule in an institution specific process, duplicate the rule. It can then be used.
