    Configuration for this: "Warning - Patron does not have resource sharing requesting privileges."

    Problem Symptoms:
    When I try to submit a borrowing resource sharing request for my test patron, I get the following error message which can be overriden:

    "Warning - Patron does not have resource sharing requesting privileges."

    Cause:
    The reason for this is that the user has a user group which is *not* included in any of the Borrowing Resource Sharing rules of the Resource Sharing Circulating Material Fulfillment Unit:

    Fulfillment configuration > choose 'You are configuring: Resource Sharing Library' > Fulfillment Units > RES_FU > Actions / Edit > tab 'Fulfillment Unit Rules' > Rule Type 'Borrowing Resource Sharing'

    There are currently two rules, each using various user groups as input parameters.

    But none of the two rules has the user group that your test patron currently has as input parameter.
    As a result, the system uses the Default Borrowing resource sharing rule which uses the Default terms of use which has Allow Resource Sharing Requesting = No Resource Sharing Requesting.

    Resolution:
    Add the user group that your test patron currently has as input parameter to one of the two existing rules or create a new rule for this user group.
