Deleted item stuck in user account, prevents from loaning items to user. Error: General Error
Resolution
To resolve the error restore the deleted item, edit patron's record to allow loan and delete the item again if needed.
Permissions: you must have the following role: Repository Manager
1. Alma> Resources > Advanced Tools > Manage Deleted Repository
2. Select Find > Physical items and Search criteria = MMS ID/PID.
Once the item is restored, return it and delete again if needed.
