    Disable scheduled password change

    How do you disable the scheduled password change for internal user accounts?


    1. Navigate to the CustomerParameters Mapping Table (Administration > User Management Configuration > Configuration Menu > General > Other Settings). 
    2. Click the "Customize" button on the right side
    3. Edit the value to "0"
    4. Click Save
