    Does everything in the “waiting for payment” list have to be cleared/closed before fiscal close is done?

    Answer

    It is not necessary to clear/close everything in waiting for payment before fiscal close is done; the expenditure was already created and if it is a One Time PO Line and it is fully invoiced it will not be rolled.
