    Does the POLine Receive or Activation Status impact inclusion in Rollover?

    Question

    Is cleanup required for the Rollover (Fiscal Period Closure), for one-time POLines that are fully invoiced, but do not have receiving or activation status?

    Answer

    The Receive or Activation status does not impact population of Rollover.

    The Online Help clarifies :

    The following order types are rolled over during fiscal period closure:

    • Subscription orders
    • Standing orders
    • PO lines not fully invoiced or not fully paid by the end of the fiscal period
    • Resource sharing requests that have not yet been received
