    EDI Order Responses - how to load?

    Question

    How can EDI Order Response reports be loaded to Alma?

    "Order Responses: Order Reports" files contain status information about orders.

    Answer

    The vendor will place the ORDRSP EDI messages on their FTP server in the same directory of the EDI invoices.

    Both types of EDI messages would be loaded by the scheduled “Load EDI invoices” job for the vendor.
