EOD for multiple items. When two 949 fields in input file with item information and the same Fund in each field, items were created correctly, but the Fund appears twice in the POL, as if there are two funds.

Question

We have two 949 fields in the EOD, for items with different item policy creation. The same fund appears in both 949. As a result, items are created correctly, but fund created twice in the POL, as if there are two funds. How to prevent this?

Answer

If 949 field is in use for item level information, a Fund should appear only once and in a different field, for example, 948.
The Fund cannot appear in Item level and should not appear more than once in the same record (unless there are more than one fund).
