Setting a new FTP server on Sandbox and trying to "Test FTP" error is:

"It is not possible to use this server, server name is not in FtpIncludeList mapping table".

Answer

Sandboxes setup is similar to pre-production environments in some ways. One of them is that the FTP configuration is protected.

To add this FTP configuration:

1. Go to: General Configuration Menu

2. Click: Allowed S/FTP connections

3. Add rows for each FTP server

4. Save
