Exclude Alma Items from Being Published to Primo

Description

We want to exclude Alma items from being published to Primo, based on the item process type.

Resolution

Alma Items can be excluded from publishing via the following setup:

1. For Primo, go to Configuration > Resources > Record Export > Exclude Process Types from Publishing; for Primo VE, go to Configuration > Discovery > Other > Exclude Process Types from Discovery Indexing
2. Select a Process Type from the drop-down menu, e.g.:
* Acquisition
* Claimed Returned
* Managed by Department
* Missing
* Technical - Migration
3. For each, define if "Exclude" is False or True
4. Select "Add Row"
5. When done select "Customize".
