Export electronic portfolios - no records were found

    "Export electronic portfolios" job finished with successful status.
    Exported records report shows "No records were found".

    Replication Steps

    1. Go to 'Run a Job'

  • 2. Select process 'Export Electronic Portfolios'

  • 3. Click 'Next'

  • 4. Select set

  • 5. Click 'Next'

  • 6. In the 'Task Parameters' form select output option in the field 'Export into folder'

  • 7. Click 'Next' and follow the wizard to submit the process

  • 8. Under Alma 'Resource Management' menu - 'Search and Sets' select 'Manage Exports'

  • 9. Under Private tab click 'View Files' for a relevant process

  • 10. In a normal situation system will show option to download the exported file

11. In a case of error hyperlink leads to a page "No records were found"


  • Workaround

    The problem is inconsistent. Try to run the process again.
