    Full Loan Receipts not printed - how to solve this?

    Full loan receipts are not being emailed to patrons, even though loan receipts are configured.


    The Circulation Desk has: "Creates loan receipts" checked.

    Clicking "Done" after loan is needed in order to send loan receipt to the user. This signals end of session.

    The button is located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen:
