Get “Corrupt installation detected” when attempting to install Offline Circulation

Problem Symptoms:
Customer is trying to install the Alma Offline Circulation utility.
Go to
https://developers.exlibrisgroup.com/resources/alma/setup_offcirc.exe
It installs the setup_offcirc.exe to the Downloads directory on the PC.
From Downloads, click on setup_offcirc.exe and get ?€œCorrupt installation detected.?€?
Cause:
Need to install as Admin.
Resolution:
Log into the PC with Admin rights and install again.
