Hourly Loans - How to Enable Due Hour after Midnight?

Our item policy for equipment is set to 8 hours; however, even when we are open until 2 am, the due time will not register past midnight. How to enable due date past 23:59?
Answer
The customer figured this out - use Minutes instead of Hours, for the "Due Date" Advanced Policy Configuration.
Secondly, Loan TOU parameter of "Closed Library Due Date Management" needs to have: "No change to due date".
