Question:

I want to limit some of our users who create an analytics reports from using all subject areas.  Is this possible and if so how?

Answer:

In order to limit an analytics designer to be able to use only specific subject areas you can assign the user these roles:

  • Designs Analytics – Fulfillment
  • Designs Analytics – Resources
  • Designs Analytics – Acquisition

Instead of the general "Designs Analytics" roles.

For details on how to do to this as well as well as in depth examples see Limited Designs Analytics Roles.pptx
