How do I disable recalls for lending requests?

Description

My resource sharing lending requests get recalled from the partner when a local hold request is submitted. How can I disable recalls for lending requests?

Resolution

Disable the option "Recalled by partner" in the Borrowing Workflow Profile (accessible via Fulfillment Configuration Menu > Workflow Profiles).

This might be confusing but in the borrowing workflow profile you define the workflows for a partner, and as your partner is the borrowing library, these rules apply to them.
