How to fix duplicate search results in Alma repository search?

Symptoms
Sometimes, a repository search will deliver multiple occurrences of the same title (same MMS ID).
Replication Steps
- Perform 'Physical titles' or 'Electronic titles' search for an MMD ID.
- Expected behavior: There should only be one result for the title with the MMS ID.
- Actual behavior: The search delivers multiple results for the same MMS ID.
Solution
Please open a case in the Support Center and cite this article. An Ex Libris support analyst can fix this error.
