Question

I get the error "A C-runtime error occurred (std::bad_alloc) Error Details Error Codes: ILQWWCUT" when accessing Analytics. What is this and how can I fix it?

Answer

This is a known issue with the OBI platform that can occur sporadically. The issue arises due to insufficient memory being available to the Presentation Server process thread pool. This lack of memory prevents any further SQL commands from being executed, resulting in the reported error when attempting to view the results of an analysis.

The issue should resolve itself after some time. However, if the problem persists, Oracle suggests restarting the presentation service. If the error continues, please open a case in our support portal.
