Receive an email notification when jobs, such as import jobs and FTP processes, are completed in Alma.
1. From the Alma Menu go to Administration > Manage Jobs > Monitor Jobs.
2. Click the Scheduled tab.
3. Find the job for which you wish to add an email notification and click the Actions button.
4. Select Email Notifications.
5. Click the Add User button to search for and select the user(s) who should receive an email notification.
[Note: To use an alternative email address, click the Add Email Address button.]
6. Select the "Send on Success" checkbox or/and the "Send on Error" checkbox accordingly.
7. Click the Add and Close button.
