    How to set up Processing Departments for Courses

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Set up Processing Departments for Courses

    Procedure:
    1. Go to Fulfillment Configuration > Configuration Menu > Courses > Processing Departments
    2. Create Processing Departments, attaching the appropriate libraries (institution-level is assigned by default)
    3. Assign the appropriate operators to each Department
