Items listed in Manage Fulfillment Options which aren't in reading list

    • Product: Alma
    • Product Version: Jan 2018 Release

    Description

While working on a particular reading list  we've discovered something strange.

    - The citation for "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court / Mark Twain ; foreword, Shelley Fisher Fishkin ; introduction, Kurt Vonnegut ; afterword, Louis J. Budd." indicates two physical holdings of a total of two items .

    - When we select the "Manage Fulfillment Options" action button it takes us to a screen that lists 58 different items. Browsing through some of these items shows that they are authored by Mark Twain. Why are all of these items by the same author being listed on this page?

    Resolution

It seems that  'A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court' is actually part of a 30 volume set of Mark Twain's works -- the bib for this record has 2 ISBNs referencing the set that look like this:

    020 __ |a 0195090888 |q (trade ed. set : acid-free paper)
    020 __ |a 0195113454 |q (lib. ed. set : acid-free paper)

Alma is showing you the items associated with all of the other bibs that reference these same ISBN numbers (the other titles in that same set).
