    Letter customization error: "The string "--" is not permitted within comments."

    Question

    After trying to customize a letter's XSL file it will not save the changes and Alma gives the error "The string "--" is not permitted within comments." 

    Answer

    When adding any customization to a letter's XSL file (including text marked as comments) it must be placed within the <xsl:template> opening and closing tags.
