Order Interested In" email is not sent for electronic resources. Why?

Why isn't the Interested In Letter sent out for electronic resource POLs?
Answer
The "Order Interested In" email is sent -
* After the resource is activated in the "Electronic Resource Activation Task List"
* And removed from the WB by selecting "Done"
Additional Information
* For sites in implementation, ensure that the user's email is in the "Allowed Emails" list.
* Found in the Configuration Menu (under: ADMINISTRATION > General Configuration)
