    Question

This setting says 4 Days After Due Date but the letter will be sent on the 5th day... Why?

    Answer

You should know that when you say 4 Days after Due Date, it does not mean that the letter will be sent on the 4th day.
    It is 4 full days.
So the letter will be sent on the 5th day.
If you want the letter to be sent on the 4th day you have to put 3 Days after Due Date.
