    PCI Activated Titles not appearing in Primo

    Problem Symptoms:
    Having problems pulling Springerlink articles into Primo activated via Primo Central Index (PCI).
    Confirmed the site has access to Springerlink via Vendor's interface
    Example article does not appear in Primo

    Cause:
    1. Initial export from Alma to Primo Central had errors
    2. Subsequent export was successful but Primo Central update had not yet occurred

    Resolution:
    1. Rerun export to Primo Central Index and check logs
    2. Verify the dates of the PCI update and check status after that date
