Physical non-returnable: resource sharing library is the only pickup location

Description

When creating a resource sharing borrowing request and choosing the format "Physical non-returnable", the resource sharing library is the only available option. How can this be changed?

Resolution

This is the default behaviour.

For Primo VE customers there is a parameter which can change the system behaviour: The customer parameter “Primo_VE_photocopy_other_pickup” (in Configuration / Fulfillment / Other Settings) handles locking the Pickup location field when selecting Photocopy on the ILL Primo VE form. Enabling the Customer Parameter will allow choosing location, while disabling it will preserve the current behavior of restricting the options to Resource Sharing Library.
