The scheduled Analytics job completed with errors, and the job report states: "Reason: At least one of the fields is empty. Both fields should have a value." What does this error mean?
Answer
This message indicates that the Analytics Letter is disabled.
In Configuration > General > Letters Configuration, toggle the Analytics Letter to be enabled.
