Some error occured while retrieving services - when clicking "Test Access" for a Portfolio

"Some error occured while retrieving services" is triggered when checking a Portfolio > Edit > Linking Information tab > Test Access
Answer
Check that the Static URL field begins with: "http://". If it starts only with: www.<...>, this is a cause of error in Alma.
The soluiton is to find the Portfolio > Edit > Linking Information tab > Static URL field > Add http:// before the www
