    User Set from File gives Validation Failure

    Question

    Add an Itemized User Set and the job "Add Members to Set" fails. The users' Primary ID exists in Alma. How to fix this?

    Answer

    Ensure the label of the column (the first cell in the input file) reflects Label of the Identification Key Name.  

    Primary ID is identified with the text USERNAME or "Primary ID" in the Excel/.txt file.

    Additional Information


    When initially adding the itemized set, do not click "Add Members to Set", rather click: "Save".
