    Question

In the Primo Resource Sharing Form two radio buttons show, for "Article" and "Book. How to change the default to be "Article" instead of "Book"?

    Answer

By default, Primo opens the request form with Book; the other option is Article.

To customize the selection, map the OpenURL genre field value to the Primo resource sharing request type with the "Request Form Type by Genre" table. Found at: Configuration Menu > Fulfillment > Resource Sharing > Request Form Type by Genre.
