Where is the “Export Portfolio List" button?

Desired Outcome Goal:
An "Export Portfolios List" button used to exist in the Electronic Service Editor. Has it been eliminated?
Procedure:
* The export is now part of the "Tools" button
* The options are:
** Extended Export, or:
** Excel (current view)
