    Why are credits and invoices posted in a new fiscal year not associated with that year?

    Answer

    This can occur if the credits and invoices are for closed purchase order lines from the prior fiscal year.

    Alma will always associate any credits and invoices with the fiscal year in which the purchase occurred.
