    Why are vendor cancellation notices not being received?

    Question

    Why are vendor cancellation notices not being received? Emails are set up in the vendor account correctly.

    Answer

    Cancellation notifications are only sent for Purchase Order Lines that use the acquisition methods of "Approval" or "Purchase at Vendor System"

    If another acquisition method is used, notifications will not be sent.
