    Why did the Ebook Central job fail?

    Question

    After activating the Ebook Central Perpetual and DDA Titles collection and setting up the Ebook Central Integration profile in Alma, the job fails when it runs. Why did the job fail?

    Answer

    The holdings file is not available from Ebook Central until after Wednesday evenings. The job will fail if the file is not available. Please wait until Thursday to run the job and open a Support case if you continue to experience job failures.
