Why is my new library not showing up as a pickup location in Alma?

I created a new library for patrons with everything configured. Why is it not showing up as a pickup location?
Answer
Library relationships don't retroactively update. If you have an 'All' relationship set up at an existing library, it will not automatically apply to a new library. In Configuration > open up the original library > Fulfillment > Relationships > Save.
